Bench ok.

The bench itself is ok, we've had Charles Taylor garden furniture before and would buy more of their products in the future.

The problem was with delivery. First of all my order didn't arrive within the two weeks I was advised.
I tried ringing the customer service number which didn't seem to be manned so emailed which wasn't replied to until late night.

I was told my order had been delivered and I assured them it hadn't.
This was investigated and I received an apology and a revised date for delivery ONE MONTH LATER over six weeks in all.

This is described as a white glove delivery service i,e they placed the bench where you want it. Imagine my surprise when I found that they had squeezed the bench between the fence at the front of my house and my car on the driveway and dumped it there.
Luckily my car was undamaged.

I again contacted the seller and received another apology a few hours later saying this isn't the usual standard of service and not what they expect from their couriers.

The person I was in contact with seemed pleasant enough and did try to help but the company was slow to react and the couriers leave a lot to be desired.
