We currently deliver to mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, or international locations.

  • Orders Over £100 – Free standard shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping – Available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
  • Certain Postcodes – Some areas may incur additional shipping charges. If this applies to your order, we will notify you of the extra costs before dispatch.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Mainland UK) – Delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping (Mainland UK) – Delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Additional charges apply.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as location, courier delays, or weather conditions.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery via the courier’s website.

Important Notes

  • Delivery Charges for Certain Postcodes – Some remote or non-standard delivery areas may incur extra fees. We will inform you of any additional costs before dispatch.
  • Missed Deliveries – If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or collection.
  • Incorrect Address – Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Bench Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
