Orders over £100: free standard delivery to mainland UK.
Orders under £100: £4.99 standard delivery.
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Larger flat-pack sets are sent via standard or pallet courier — we’ll contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery day if needed.
Areas we don’t currently cover: we’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, or international addresses. If you’re unsure whether your postcode is covered, please contact us before ordering.
Certain other postcode areas may incur an additional delivery charge. If this applies to your order, we’ll let you know before dispatch — it will never be added without your knowledge.

Returns Policy
In line with UK distance-selling regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your order. To cancel, you must tell us within that 14-day window — you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Returns are at the customer’s cost. We do not cover return postage or collection charges, including for items delivered by pallet courier, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Flat-pack products that have been assembled cannot be returned — this is in addition to items that are custom, personalised, marked Final Sale, or damaged through misuse or improper assembly.
Once we receive an eligible item back, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The cost of standard delivery (where one applied) is refunded; any return delivery cost is not.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery — different terms apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and you will not be asked to cover return costs in that case.
