Compact Open-Style Wooden Planter for Versatile Planting

The Charles Taylor Regular Berwick Planter offers a smart, space-efficient planting solution with a clean, open-style design that provides generous room for roots to grow. Made from quality Scandinavian Redwood, it combines durability with a natural finish that suits patios, gardens and smaller outdoor spaces.

A slatted base allows for effective drainage to help maintain healthy root systems, while the interior can be lined with a heavy-duty refuse bag or weed membrane if required. Treated with a water-repellent preservative and supplied fully assembled, this planter measures 320mm wide x 320mm deep x 320mm high, weighs 6kg and offers an approximate planting volume of 25 litres.

Product Details & Care

Your planter is supplied with one coat of a water-repellent preservative treatment. To help protect and extend the life of the timber, we recommend applying a suitable wood preservative periodically, depending on exposure and weather conditions. All compatible aftercare products are available from our online store.

Wood is a natural material and may expand or contract depending on weather conditions. As a result, natural characteristics such as cracking, splitting, warping or shrinkage may occur and cannot be considered faults. Periodic checking of fixings is recommended.

Occasionally, resin may appear in the timber. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect performance. If present, it can be removed using a cloth and white spirit.
