Description
The Charles Taylor Regular Square Planter is a classic and practical choice for gardens, patios and outdoor spaces. Featuring a traditional square design with integrated drainage slats, it supports healthy plant growth while adding natural character to your garden.
Manufactured in the UK and supplied fully assembled, this planter is made from quality timber and treated with an oil-based, water-repellent preservative to support long-term outdoor use. Measuring 410mm deep x 410mm wide x 325mm high and weighing 5.6kg, it offers a generous planting area while remaining easy to position and move as needed.

Product Details & Care
Your planter is supplied with one coat of the ‘Taylor Brown’ oil-based preservative. To help protect and extend the life of the timber, we strongly recommend applying an additional coat every 6–12 months. All suitable preservatives and aftercare products are available from our online store.
Wood is a natural material and may expand or contract depending on weather conditions. As a result, natural characteristics such as cracking, splitting, warping or shrinkage may occur and cannot be considered faults. Periodically checking the tightness of bolts or screws is recommended.
Occasionally, resin may appear in the timber. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect performance. If present, it can be removed using a cloth and white spirit.

2-man white-glove delivery: this item is delivered fully assembled by a 2-man white-glove courier team. The service includes delivery into your garden, full unpacking, and removal of all packaging.
Areas we don’t currently cover: we’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, or international addresses. If you’re unsure whether your postcode is covered, please contact us before ordering.
Certain other postcode areas may incur an additional delivery charge. If this applies to your order, we’ll let you know before dispatch — it will never be added without your knowledge.

Returns Policy
In line with UK distance-selling regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your order. To cancel, you must tell us within that 14-day window — you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Returns are at the customer’s cost. We do not cover return postage or collection charges, including for items delivered by pallet courier, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Flat-pack products that have been assembled cannot be returned — this is in addition to items that are custom, personalised, marked Final Sale, or damaged through misuse or improper assembly.
Once we receive an eligible item back, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The cost of standard delivery (where one applied) is refunded; any return delivery cost is not.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery — different terms apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and you will not be asked to cover return costs in that case.
