The Norfolk Leisure Nexus Pergola Bundle (3m x 3m) is a high-spec, compact outdoor structure designed to provide year-round shelter, comfort and control in smaller gardens and patios. Featuring a robust powder-coated aluminium frame, manually adjustable roof louvres, integrated LED lighting, and three built-in pull-down screens, this pergola creates a versatile and protected outdoor living space.
The manual louvre roof system allows you to easily control sunlight, airflow and shelter, while the central roof support beam improves resistance to wind, rain and snow. Integrated guttering channels rainwater away through the legs, keeping the area beneath dry and usable.
Supplied as a complete bundle, the pergola includes three side screens that glide smoothly within integrated tracks to prevent wobbling or blowing in windy conditions. The structure offers UV protection and is wind-rated to Grade 8 on the Beaufort scale (up to 51mph). Additional screens cannot be added, ensuring the pergola remains structurally balanced as designed.

The Nexus Pergola Bundle is supplied for self-assembly. Due to the weight and structure of the pergola, multiple people are recommended for installation. Full instructions are provided.
The aluminium construction offers excellent resistance to rust, corrosion and weathering, making this pergola suitable for long-term outdoor use with minimal maintenance.
Please note: Additional screens cannot be purchased or added beyond the three supplied, as the pergola is engineered as a complete system.

Certain other postcode areas may incur an additional delivery charge. If this applies to your order, we’ll let you know before dispatch — it will never be added without your knowledge.

Returns Policy
In line with UK distance-selling regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your order. To cancel, you must tell us within that 14-day window — you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Returns are at the customer’s cost. We do not cover return postage or collection charges, including for items delivered by pallet courier, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Flat-pack products that have been assembled cannot be returned — this is in addition to items that are custom, personalised, marked Final Sale, or damaged through misuse or improper assembly.
Once we receive an eligible item back, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The cost of standard delivery (where one applied) is refunded; any return delivery cost is not.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery — different terms apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and you will not be asked to cover return costs in that case.
