Finished with a powder-coated aluminium frame in Anthracite, the parasol is rust, scratch and fade resistant, ensuring long-term outdoor durability. The Novasun™ Soft Grey canopy offers excellent sun protection with a UPF 50+ rating, helping to block harmful UV rays while maintaining colour performance over time.

Product Details & Care
Clean the aluminium frame using warm water and mild detergent, then dry with a soft cloth. The Novasun™ canopy can be cleaned using gentle soapy water. Always allow the parasol to dry fully before fitting the cover. For best longevity, close and cover the parasol during high winds or prolonged periods of poor weather.

Larger flat-pack sets are sent via standard or pallet courier — we’ll contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery day if needed.
Areas we don’t currently cover: we’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, or international addresses. If you’re unsure whether your postcode is covered, please contact us before ordering.
Certain other postcode areas may incur an additional delivery charge. If this applies to your order, we’ll let you know before dispatch — it will never be added without your knowledge.

Returns Policy
In line with UK distance-selling regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your order. To cancel, you must tell us within that 14-day window — you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Returns are at the customer’s cost. We do not cover return postage or collection charges, including for items delivered by pallet courier, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Flat-pack products that have been assembled cannot be returned — this is in addition to items that are custom, personalised, marked Final Sale, or damaged through misuse or improper assembly.
Once we receive an eligible item back, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The cost of standard delivery (where one applied) is refunded; any return delivery cost is not.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery — different terms apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and you will not be asked to cover return costs in that case.
